 Frequently Asked Questions

  • Please ensure you have a current list of medications with you. If you are followed for diabetes, please have your blood sugar records - either an updated log book or upload your readings from your Freestyle or Dexcom device.

  • Please get blood work done one week before your appointment. In special situations, blood work or urine testing may be required 3-4 weeks in advance.

  • If you require a renewal of your medication(s), please speak to Dr. Huynh at the time of your appointment. Aside from special situations, Dr. Huynh does not refill phone or fax prescriptions from your pharmacy. In this case, please speak to your family doctor.

All of this can be done from your phone via the Medeo Health App or your home computer. The office requires a valid email address to send you a link to register for the program.
